1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Home Care Experts, a division of Elevenaz Autokings Private Limited (“Company”), to its subscribers (“Client”). By subscribing to our service plans, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Subscription and Service Activation
The Client acknowledges that the service subscription becomes effective from the date of successful payment (“Start Date”).
A mandatory 90-day cooling period applies from the Start Date. The Client may avail services only after completion of 90 days from this date.
During the cooling period, the Client’s details will be registered, verified, and assigned to a service technician for future service scheduling.
3. Scope of Services
The Company provides home maintenance and repair services for subscribed appliances and systems as per the selected plan.
Services include inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs as detailed in the subscription package.
Replacement of parts or major repairs, if required, will be chargeable as per actual costs.
4. Technician Allocation
The Company assigns qualified service technicians to each Client.
All technicians operate under a Service Partner Agreement with the Company.
Technicians are not authorized to collect any payments directly from the Client. All financial transactions must be made through Elevenaz.
5. Payments
All payments must be made to Elevenaz Autokings Private Limited through authorized payment channels.
The Company shall not be responsible for any payment made to unauthorized individuals.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
6. Service Requests
After the cooling period, the Client can raise service requests via phone, email, or the official website.Services are scheduled based on technician availability and Client location.The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service but does not guarantee same-day resolution.
7. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by misuse, negligence, third-party interference, or external factors such as electrical surges or natural calamities.The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the total subscription amount paid by the Client.
8. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elevenaz Autokings Private Limited, its employees, and service partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services, unauthorized modifications, or breach of these Terms.
9. Data Protection
The Company ensures all Client data is stored securely and used only for service coordination, internal analytics, and communication. Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in cases of non-compliance, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
No refunds will be issued upon termination due to policy violation.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
